Maureen Lewis 1 hr · So I had surgery yesterday that is supposed to determine whether or not I have cancer. They told me to arrive at 9 a.m. for prep because the surgery was supposed to take place at 11 a.m., but they didn't end up doing it until around 2 p.m. So meanwhile I was sitting around being nervous all of that time, and the person who gave me a ride was having to wait around, which wasn't fair to them. Of course I got even more nervous when they took me into the operating room. It was big and cold and there were all sorts of instruments and lights shining on me. Anyhow long story short the surgery is done, and I am supposed to go back on Wednesday for the results. I am just praying that I don't actually have cancer, and I am hoping that you will pray for me too.
